Pricing way above market average - disappointed response

Incredible Connection prices seem to be far away from the general market. I phoned to enquire on a product (headphones) which were priced at ~25% above competitors. When I asked if they price match, I was told they wont.

It baffles me that Incredible Connection price are so out of sync... Just a web search of the price shows this fact.

Regardless, the person on the phone was polite and hence the two stars instead of one.

Please check your pricing. A premium pricing would make sense if the product you have is 1. low in supply in the market and or 2. you are offering something of value in addition to the product itself. None of this is the case with regards to the product I enquired about.

If you keep this up, you will continue to lose out to cheaper (online) vendors...
