Price Complaint

So disheartened by how I was treated at your Gateway Branch. I went there with my girlfriend to buy a Monitor and when we got there we got help from one of the guys, just when we walked in, we told him what we looking for and he took us to it. He showed us a Dell SE2719H he told us it's R2499 and it was also displayed as that price. At the till, they told us it's R2999 the price we saw is of an older model. We talk to the branch manager MIKE Van Rooyen and tell him we only have R2500 and we want it for that price because that's what we saw and that's what we were told as well. I even took pictures of the prices and upon closer inspection you can see they have two prices listed for the same model. Mike told us we don't have to buy it, we can leave if we don't want to pay the R2999 price. I am not sure if this is a racial thing because it's not my first time shopping there and I have seen a customer complain about a similar thing, but she got what she wanted. I wasted a trip going there and coming back empty handed. And the disrespect we received from a store manager is inexcusable and disappointing.

And the funny thing is when you look for the DELL SE2719H online it's R2599. At the store we saw it and were told it's R2499 but at the till it was R2999 so Incredible Connections has 3 different prices for the same model
