I ordered two items on the same day, though not as one order. The first of the two items shippeda week later and the other another week later. The two items apparently are being couriered by two different services. On tracking one parcel, it shows 6 or 7 unsuccessful deliveries because the recipient was not available. Yet I was never contacted regarding the delivery. The second parcel follows a similar pattern. I have tried to contact incredible connect, but no reply
