Poor tracking

Their tracking said the order is out for delivery at 8:27am, and I still haven't received it. The annoying part is that I am not in a rural area, so I really don't get why it hasn't even been delivered yet. To make matters worse, their tracking page does not even have details of the delivery personnel (whom I could have called to find out where they are, or even make arrangements to meet somewhere and collect my package from them). All that is shown on the tracking page is the timestamps of when the package was packed, handed over to the courier, at the courier facility and when it left. I know Johannesburg is big, but to be waiting for this long? especially with the package having left the warehouse hours ago and the delivery address being a business address, you'd think these people would make an effort. I might not even purchase at Incredible Connection again
