Poor support service

An online purchase was made to get a voucher. the voucher was sent electronically and my company spam filter blocked and deleted it. now Incredible Connection simply says we are unable to resend it even though they can confirm online that it has not been redeemed. it was only R200, but if this happened to 1000 clients they would be R200 000 richer. I will never use them again
