Poor/slow warranty repairs to Lenovo laptop
Laptop was purchased Jan 16 but soon performed poorly often crashed. Handed in at Stellenbosch branch 16 Feb. Phoned 2 Mar after no response. Was promised return by Fri 4 Mar (required for daughter's university field trip). No delivery as promised, no explanation. Poor performance!!
