Poor servuce

I visited Incredible Connection in Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein. Firstly I had to look for assistance. Only available consultant on floor was busy playing with the phones and I had to wait like 5 mins for him. Got to service desk to enquire about laptop I wanted to purchase just to find out same no longer on sale. I visited the store a few days ago and 1 of the consultants advised the specific laptop is on sale until month end. Few days later same is R9000 and nolonger on sale. Consultant at enquiries tried to assist but the 1 on the floor came again and brutally interupted before I was finished. Poor service and poor information and not knowing their deals.
