Poor services and *********** store management

I purchased Epson printer from incredible connection store at South Gate mall on the 19th September and the picture quality was poor, when you print colour looks faded complete different to what you actually printed,I then send it back to the store and I got a mean, terrible and pathetic experience of my life, the lady who she didn’t have a tag and refuse to disclose her name she had said she is booking the printer to a supplier as they don’t manufacture printers at incredible connection, that happened after and hour spent at the store without any assistance, up until they close the store I couldn’t get assistance am now without a printer and out of pocket of R7999, the following day I then phoned their head office complaints and I spoke to the lady Boitshelo which she had told me that she will handle it, however 3 hours later I got a call from branch manager from east gate store instead of South Gate store it seems like they directed the complain to a wrong store how *********** that is, none of the senior management from incredible connection bother to attend to the complaint, my experience from the store I wouldn’t advise anyone to make business or buy anything from South Gate store as they are ****mers
