poor services

Purchased a TV from incredible connection store in Shelly beach in march 2018 returned it 4 months later as it started showing signs of been faulty , when requested it to be replaced they said they don't have the authority to and that it would be sent in for repairs... Since its is now 4 months later and sitting with the same problem and again they refuse to replace it .. contacted there customer service which then failed to load/log the complaint ..and find there services or lack of to be non existent...
