Poor Service - The Pavillion - KZN

I took a Lenovo Laptop to this outlet (Incredible Connection - The Pavilion).

The laptop is just over 1 year old - and it stopped working one morning without warning.

Incredible Connection insists on a R200 payment before they even look at the laptop.

Then - one day later - they tell me that the motherboard needs replacing. It is explained to me that I may as well buy a new laptop - since motherboard replacements are almost as expensive as new laptops.

Two weeks later I took the laptop to a Matrix Warehouse in Randpark ridge (small branch in Gauteng). They did not charge me an inspection fee - and fixed the laptop in half an hour.

So - the 2 stars are here because these guys don't know what they're doing - but they are prepared to charge me anyway. It's not 1 star because the person I dealt with was polite.
