Poor Service seems to be the Standard

Went in to Greeenstone branch to apply for Laptop package submitted all the required documents. Then followed up with 5 phone calls and reemailled the same documents required and I keep being told the application will be done. It been a week! Shocking service seems like the standard practice with Incredible Connection.
