Poor service, Poor Website, No stock ever.

Now the fourth time in a row I have had shocking experience at Incredible Connection. Wanted to purchase a Yoco Neo from Ilanga Mall Incredible Connection. Checked the website and store to see if they had in stock. Website showed items in stock at the store. Made my way there asked a shop assistant for the Yoco Neo as none were on the shelf. he went and checked in the store room and cam back and just clapped his hands "niks". I told him the website said this store has in stock to which he relies, "which website?" C'mon! Incredibly useless connection. Poor staff service. Poor website. Never has stock. Just close down. You are useless.
