Poor service on repair

<p>I bought a media player at incredible connection end of February,media player stopped working over 2 weeks ago,i took in for repair and was told it take ten working days,today i called to follow up and its still not fixed.</p> <p>This is poor and unacceptable service.</p> <p>As well as an inconvenience </p> <p>Assistant name is Tristan </p>
