Poor Service Incredible Connection Pavilion Branch

Went in store - Incredible Connection Pavilion - to ask for a quote on Razer Kraken headset. All the sales staff were busy but the cashier very kindly took my details and handed them to a sales consultant just as I was leaving. I asked the sales consultant if she would send the quote - she said she is busy but would send in due course. To date no quote received. The quote is needed to authorise the expense for a staff member who is unable to type and will be using dictation so a sure fire sale for Incredible Connection - all they had to do was send teh quote. To date nothing received, even after submitting a complaint on their website. It is obvious that the sales staff simply don't care. Normally I wouldn't both with a complaint but sometimes it is necessary to name and shame - hopefully this will buck up their service but I somehow doubt it.
