Poor service Incredible connection mall of africa

Mall of Africa branch in Midrand, JHB. Staff are very unfriendly. I managed to purchase a laptop as I needed an urgent insurance replacement. They added on a mandatory charge for cloud storage with their provider which I cannot use but had to pay for me.

The service levels are poor. Avoid, support another entity.
