Poor service incredible connection clearwater mall

Bad service. Buy a laptop with them. The labtop give me problems. They send it for repears. It come back still not working and it was longer than a month with them. Request a new laptop. They ask me to complete forms for approval. I e-mail them the forms. After a week they reply they can't accept the forms it must be handwritten. Poor service. I am a student and can't do my assignments.
