POOR SERVICE INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

I went to the Incredible Connection store in Shelly Beach on 2022-08-31. I wanted to purchase a mouse and mousepad together. They had only two types of mouses in stock. When I asked to order a mouse and mousepad together which was advertised in the catalogue as the ones in stock was sold separately and was much more expensive they told me to pay for courier fees even if its delivered to the store I must still pay. I also app**** for a contract laptop and sent in my application they told me that it will take 2 days but because it was on a Sunday they will send it on Monday and I called in on Monday to query it and changed it to a different laptop, it was only available on MTN & Telkom networks. They also told me that if it does not get approved within two days I won’t get it at that special price. I feel that is unfair as I put my application on time. Thereafter 4 days later I am contacted and informed that there is a technical issue therefore my application is still awaiting credit vetting. I then informed them to cancel my application due this poor service. I am very disappointed and feel that the staff is very ***********.
