Poor service from incredible connection

I had purchased a jvc hip hop speaker from incredible connection on the 23/11/2018 for the amount of R2700 .After using the speak a few times , it’s started to freeze and made unusual noises. I took it to incredible connection as the speaker has a 1 year warranty. I was then informed my Mike from incredible connection that the speaker can not be repaired due to my negligence. The speaker has no visible damages, only internal, I had informed him that the music box is a catty about speaker,not a home fixed system. So things may have gotten loose while in transit. I then informed head office , with no joy . The ombudsman ,who assisted me transferred me to another department .Whom every time I email or call ,says they are still attending to my complaint. On the 17/11/2019 will be four months that the have taken my speaker and I have been inconvenienced by paying a large amount. However I don’t not have the item to use .The cost to repair the speaker is R730.00 . I was then informed on the 1/11/2019 that my complaint is still being attended to but now because of being inconvenienced the cost of the speaker is now R580.00 to repair . I have no option but to give the go ahead to repair it , as I don’t know how long they will take to address my complaint.As of now the speaker is still in incredible connection. I have all relevant documentation regarding my complaint
