Poor service from Incredible Connection

I purchased an item online on the 22nd of June and delivery time states 2 to 5 working days, its been 7 days and no communication from them regarding my purchase, I've sent emails to find out the status of my order and today called in and was told that a consultant would contact me within 24hrs. This is truly poor service. Never again.
