Poor service

I app**** for a credit account online and received an email that it was successful. I went to incredible connection mall of the south to submit my documents to complete the application and I asked for an item that was only available for purchase via online. On 22 November I received a call that they will place the order and it will arrive within 4 days. Today 2 Dec I went to go check if it has arrived after numerous calls and check ups to them, I decided to cancle the contract. Every time I did a check wether the item has arrived at the store they told me it is still at the warehouse. Whoever is in charge of the warehouse must get fired because the person/s are lazy and don't know how to run it by processing orders quickly.
