Poor service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store, specifically with the manager, Rean. I had an issue with a contract I took out, which was apparently incorrect. The staff came to collect the product, but I received no paperwork or confirmation that the contract was canceled or that I would be refunded. When I tried to address the situation, Rean, instead of offering any solutions or assistance, was rude and dismissive.

Shockingly, he told me to “go fly a kite” and showed no professionalism or respect. He seems to believe that being a store manager gives him the right to boss his staff around and treat customers poorly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it’s appalling that someone in a managerial position would act this way.

I am deeply disappointed with how I was treated and would not recommend this store to anyone. Rean’s behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I hope the company takes action to improve their customer service and hold their staff accountable for their actions.
