Poor Service Delivery on Repairs

I had bought a Samsung Galaxy A8 from the Incredible Connection at the Garden Route Mall in George. I brought it in for repairs as it was still under warranty. My device was there for 5 weeks but was still however not repaired or sent for repairs. I was not informed of this up until I personally had to call the store to enquire. I spoke to the manager Wynand who at first did not know where my device is and was in no way willing to take accountability for the poor service delivery. I was then fed up and went to collect my device only for me to find the back of my device was opened and not put back on properly. I have never been so disgusted by the service I have received from a store such as Incredible Connection.
