Poor service delivery

The worst service ever, they promise their customers 2-5days deliver but nothing. And when you call their service line no one picks up. When you talk to them via WhatsApp, you always get empty promises. They always tell me it's on the way but nothing. I have been given false hope for days now, I really regret buying from this store. They lack in service delivery and the way I see it, they don't care about they customers. I am never buying from them again.

They deserve a minus star review, not the one star I am giving. I am really disappointed and unhappy with the service and I hate the run around they are giving me.
