Poor service delivery ☹️☹️ 👎👎

On Saturday 13 th May 2023 I ordered a Logitec webcam C929HD Pro for R1399.99. I paid with with my card online. The site said it will take 2-5 working days then it will be delivered. I send 2 e mails regarding the delivery because I didn't received my package yet and when I login to their site to track my package it still says "order picking in progress" . This message was given to us every day when we tried to track our package. Today on 22 May I phoned their ***0 number to ask how far is my package. The lady at the end told me "eish sorry that they didn't deliver the package but the reason was because they have only one left and it is an opened product" , can we send you that one or do you want another one?? I got very angry and said NO! I rather want my money back than received a faulty product!! This is my first time buying from Incredible connection and my last!! They don't send you your product what you ordered and paid for. The waiting period on their site doesn't correspond with their poor online service. I will tell all my friends and family NOT to buy ANYTHING online at Incredible connection EVER!!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR RATINGS!!!! ☹️☹️😡😡 👎👎
