Poor Service delivery

Their customer care services are bad. I ordered a phone and it wasn't working when it got delivered. I was given an up and down by the technicians for close to 2 months now and they told that i have to wait another 14 days in order for it to be fix. After 2 months of waiting and poor service , I have to wait again for another 2 weeks for a phone I bought and did nothing to it . Yet they don not allow refunds but they do not deliver proper quality .
