Poor service

I went to purchase an item from the N1 City Mall office in Goodwood. I have never received such terrible service. I had to explain numerous times my work situation because I app**** for credit. It has been 2 weeks now already, and I have had to go in and sign documents 3 times. The first time I called the manager to explain my work situation, because I earn commission. He was rude and so unhelpful. I will never again go into that store. Even the staff are useless.
