Poor service

EXTREME POOR SERVICE!!!!!! I ordered a set of earphones online, and I received a mail from Incredible Connection that the courier picked it up. Four days later I phoned the courier and the said that they are lying because they did not receive any parcel from them. I phoned a few times to the complaints department of Incredible Connection and also the courier and both denied that they had the parcel. The last time I spoke to a Cshego in complaints and she also did not know anything, I asked her to speak to her manager Louisa and she told me that she will not take calls, so meaning that a customer is not imported enough t o talk to, I am totally disgusted with the service of Incredible Connection.
