Poor service!

Poor service from delivery company and Incredible connection no help! I ordered an Xbox from Incredible connection on the 21st. The delivery should have been the 24th from Skynet and still no delivery. The company is of no help. I logged a query with Incredible connection on the 26th. Ref ***. Still no feedback or delivery! Very poor customer service from both companies. Next time I will use Takealot.
