Poor service

I'm really not happy with your company's customer service; it's very poor. I requested cancellation of my order on Saturday, March 8, 2025, and as of today, March 19, 2025, I still haven't received any updates about my refund. The only people who have been calling are the delivery guys, and I have rejected the order more than four times already. Despite this, no one has contacted me. I've called them, and they've been advising that my complaint has been escalated, but nobody has called back. I want my money back 😡
