Poor Service by Incredible connection- Faulty Cellphone

28 May bought on cash cellphone R3999 Samsung Galaxy A23 plus 1 year Warranty R199, cellphone was faulty took in for repairs 31 July 2022,No joy thus far, atleast I needed refund urgently, as I was going on vacation to Mozambique, I C Galleria, Toti Store manager Indian lady Bluff me or patronized me, as if ,if I bring repairs documents, will immediately give new phone as I pay extra warranty, suddenly story change completely, I'm told weeks etc.?? 26 August 2022 I went on vacation, I needed my cellphone for many reasons, As per consumer Protection Act, I deserve better service as customer at RSA! Kindly intervene ,this is unfair, poor service and provoking. No joy till this day 12 October 2022
