Poor Service – Avoid If You Live in a Township

I am extremely unhappy with the service I’ve received from Incredible Connection.

I placed an online order in December 2025, and nowhere during the ordering process, nor in their website terms and conditions, was it stated that they do not deliver to Umlazi. If this information was clearly disclosed upfront, I would never have placed the order.

After ordering, I wasted significant time and airtime calling customer service, where I was repeatedly promised that the order would be delivered. Only now am I being told that I must collect the order from Springfield instead.

This is completely unacceptable. Being forced to fetch the item myself means additional transport costs and inconvenience for an issue caused entirely by their lack of transparency and poor communication.

DO NOT ORDER FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION IF YOU STAY IN A TOWNSHIP! This is bad business, misleading to customers, and a waste of time. If delivery restrictions exist, they should be clearly stated before payment is taken not after.

Very disappointed.
