Poor Service at Incredible Connections Nicolway

Took my phone to the Nicoleway Incredible connections for repairs 3 weeks ago and they said they will send it to the supplire and they will get back to me in 2-3 weeks, but when I call them they tell me that they only sent it to the supplire 2 days ago. I am ****ed off because they did not communicate anything to me, they only tell me this when I call to ask when can I collect my phone.
