Poor service at Incredible Connection Fourways Mall

Worst service ever!! at Incredible Connection Fourways Mall. We went to their branch to purchase a TV which I saw online it was on sale, first when we got there the same TV wasn't marked to be on sale so they had to change it for us. We got to the counter to pay, we were told they offline and cannot assit with a TV license, then instructed to get one done at a different store- Game. We came back and waited still because they are doing stocktaking. After the wait, we were told we cannot be assisted because we are using a revolving card from Hi-Fi Corp. With no care in the world, Getty the cashier did not even bother to provide clarity of alternative ways to assist but kept chit chatting with her colleagues while we were expected to exit the store without a TV! We took it upon ourselves to call a differetn store drove to Mall of Africa at night to purchase a TV and the the process was seamless. What a dispppint from their Fourways branch!
