POOR SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF

I went to incredible Connection at Liberty Midlands Mall applying for a contract phone. I was told that I must wait for 2hrs for someone to serve me even though there was only one other person being served. The staff were very rude and arrogant and treated me very poorly.
