Poor service and response from incredible connection

Would give no stars if I could. Placed an online order and paid for a laptop. Four days later told I am getting a refund - no reason why. After calling twice - get told no stock - yet the same item still advertised online. And told I might wait a week to get my money back. False advertising - should be reported to advertising cancel.
