Poor service and no consistency. No TAT or sense of emergency

My experience with incredible connections was the worst. I app**** for their double deal iPhone 13s, on the 1st of December 2024. After 5 days I was called to collect, however I didn't have my bank statement with. Came back a day later only to sit 4hrs and ended up not getting the phones because their system was down ,I should go home. They advised I will receive a debit order mandate that I will need to accept. Till day I haven't received any mandate,no phones . Let alone any communication from them. I called in today only to be told that my application was cancelled.
