POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT-

We ordered 76 laptops from the branch but the service we got was pathetic, the manager Mr Naidoo kept avoiding our calls and the delivery for the entire stock took about a month to deliver and we incurred penalties in the process. The salesperson Jabu tried his level best but unfortunately their management leaves much to be desired, i kept calling and making follow ups but unfortunately my business was never appreciated due to the substandard customer service i got. Even today the branch manager never deemed it fit to call and apologies for the poor treatment i had to endure.
