Poor service and empty promises from incredible connections in midlands mall

I placed an oder with incredible connections in midlands mall pietermaritzburg for a Samsung galaxy watch 8 classic. It was on the 4th of Dec 2025 and I was promised that it will be delivered on the 8th of Dec 2025, I even explained I'm not from around and I need delivered before the 10th latest.

The watch was not delivered on time, I went there 2 times to check they told me it was skynet courier that delayed, apparently they know that skynet always delays and they still chose to use skynet for my order, what pains me the most I paid cash on this order and I needed to surprise my husband tomorrow as it is his birthday, what a disappointment.
