poor service

Purchased a laptop from them I had it for two months and it stop working,so I returned it and handed it in at the tech department for repairs, their turn around time is 14 days for repairs.I went back after 14 days they informed me they waiting for parts, after 5 weeks still no feedback so I went back again to enquire, they told me the same story still waiting for parts,I'm unhappy with their services, and their poor communication they don't get back to me at all....poor service
