Poor service

Well where do I start...

You phone them to ask about a specific tablet then they say yes we have stock after buying the tablet you find out its a 2nd hand tablet that was returned to the store. I phoned them asking whats happening and all i get as a response is sorry. After telling them that you have asked if theres stovk they gp yes but all of them have been returned and is open. Very poor service from Incredible Connection in Centurion mall. And then you walk in to return the product and the attitude you get is jusyt unacceptable
