Poor service.

Incredible Connection Bloemfontein Poor service.

When purchasing my laptop from them two months ago they didn't have any stock and gave me the display unit in the store. Wich I wasn't very happy about but, couldn't wait for them to order stock as I urgently needed the laptop.

Now two / three months later this (brand new) laptop completely crashed and the hard drive needs to be replaced etc.

They booked it in, 15 days later nothing, I've phoned and ask to speak to the manager that couldn't care less and just asked the technical guy to call me back to tell me that it's not been 21 working days yet. I've been without a laptop for 15 days now and he told me I'll have it back before Christmas.

I told them that I feel the laptop should be replaced seeing that it crashed for no reason two months after purchase. And it might have to do with it being the display unit thats been left on in the store and anyone could play on it. Then the tech guy told me my story isn't viable and they won't replace it. I don't want this laptop back now, it would be a second-hand worked on display unit. That's beed couriered around getting even more damage as far as it goes and going through more people's hands. I wanted a new laptop now I have a second hand, worked on one that couldn't even last for two months. I paid for something that I didn't receive and want my money back as the product and the service was shockingly pathetic!

I will never again buy anything from them.
