Poor service

I recently bought a wireless Hewlett Packard printer/copier/scanner at the Incredible Connection Herm**** store. When setting it up I discovered that the display panel was faulty which prevented me to connect it to my home wifi network. The store inspected the printer and informed me that it seems to be a software problem and the machine must be returned to Hewlett Packard. This leaves me without a printer for the next month!! The service of the manager and staff can only be described as totally unacceptable.
