Poor Service

I purchased two very expensive fitness watches online from Incredible Connection. However I can not trace my order at all and when I phone their customer services the phone just keeps on ringing, NO ANSWER. This was a very expensive purchase and therefore I would like to know the process of my order. This is very poor service!
