Poor service

I sent my laptop in for a USB port that stopped working (still under warranty) This was on the 21st of October 2024. 3 months later I still don't have my laptop back. Nothing takes this long to fix The laptop cost R40k, not cheap. I won't shop at Incredible Connection again and I've advised everyone at my company to do the same
