Poor service

It’s sad that the service levels are so pathetic in South Africa. So it’s nothing new that Incredible Connection is applying the same. I called Eastgste and they so unhelpful to await and keeps cutting my calls .. I ordered an item on line from Southgate and you can’t get through to the and needed assistance for the alternative numbers. Poor service
