POOR SERVICE

I have placed a online order with Incredible Connection for a cellphone on Friday 29th, this was supposed to be a gift for my son for passing his grade. On Friday I received a text to confirm my order, and on Monday morning I recieved another text that my order will be delivered between 8am and 17h00 that day. To date I have received no delivery, if I call the toll free number ***no one answer, I have sent 2 emails to ***, no response either.

If I try to track my order the status shows out for delivery. I have tried to contact the logistics company RTT logistics, their number is out of order.

I am fed up, I have paid for my order and I dont know when I will receive. I will certainly never place a order with Incredible Connection again.
