Poor service

Good day

I hope you are doing well.

I am really disappointed with the service i receive as my account is currently in areas and the last call i had with a lady called Maureen she said i should deposit etleast R800 on two different accounts which i did and further more we agreed that after that payment i will get a call from you guys to make payments arrangements going forward because i recently got a Job and the debit date also will change.

But what you guys do, you just call and hang up the phone and for the whole day so how are we gonna resolve this issue with that service

Can i please get a call as soon as possible because if not we are going to have a problem.
