Poor Service

I placed an online order at Incredible Connection on Saturday, 08-03-2025, but cancelled it the same morning.

However, on Monday morning, I was surprised to receive an SMS stating that my order was out for delivery. After calling in, I was advised to reject the delivery, which would then finalize the cancellation. I also received a confirmation email. Since Monday, I haven't received any further updates.

Today, I received another SMS saying my order is out for delivery. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I'm receiving, and the delay in the refund process is unacceptable. I expect my refund by Tuesday. Furthermore, I'm frustrated that I have to call every time to get updates.
