Poor service

I placed an order on Monday morning for a ps4 online. The order was processed and delivery was 2-5 days. The reason i ordered from Incredible connection is because this is a birthday present for saturday and worst case scenario it would arrive on friday (5 days). I received an email after my order was processed to say the item is out of stock. No indication given of when stock will be available. I went online to chat to an online consultant who referred me to the call centre. I have been trying for two days to get hold of someone from 8-5 daily! I rep**** to my order email no response. I tried to cancel the order online - you cannot do this. I have asked for someone to call me. Nobody has called me. Do you have any idea what it will be like to NOT have my son's birthday present on his birthday. This is shocking. I will be taking to twitter and facebook if i dont get a response on this. Somebody call me!! ***
