Poor Service

I have placed and paid for an online purchase 28 March 2025. Delivery is 2-5 working days. This is now 10 working days. I have logged a complaint with Incredible Connection. Refs ***. Evertime I phone the call center, they just tell me the problem is escalated. Some one will phone me back. No one is calling me back or give me an update.
